Check-in happens at your route's marina on the first day of your event. The exact boarding time isn't fixed in advance — conditions at the dock can move it forward or back — so your Skipper coordinates timing through your yacht group chat that morning.
Before the departure
The check-in marina is shown on theyachtweek.com/account as soon as your yacht is assigned. The app's Itinerary shows your general location for the week but not the specific marina, so use the website for the exact address when planning your travel.
Your yacht group chat opens two weeks before your event. On check-in day, your Skipper posts the boarding time and any morning-of updates in that chat.
On check-in day
Keep notifications on for the yacht group chat. Your Skipper will post the boarding window and confirm anything that shifts during the morning. Once you're on board, your Skipper runs through the yacht — where things are, how the week works — and your Host takes over the on-board experience from there.
If you're delayed
If you know you'll be late, post in the yacht group chat or message your Skipper directly as soon as you can. Departures are shaped by tides, weather, and the rest of the fleet, so a missed boarding window can mean meeting your yacht later in the day or at a different point on the route.
For anything else on the day, contact us through the chat below or email hello@yachtweek.com.
