When do I meet my crew?

Meeting your crew happens in stages, not all at once. Some of it is in the app in the weeks before your event; the rest happens in person on the first day.

Your fellow guests

The route crew list appears in the app from the moment your access opens. That shows you everyone who's been confirmed onto your route β€” not just on your yacht. From the same day, you can post on the newsfeed, share photos, and message any other guest directly, so a lot of the social side of the week begins well before you've stepped on board.

If people are still being added to your booking after you have access, they'll appear in the crew list as they're confirmed into the booking system.

Your Skipper and Host

Your Skipper and Host appear in the crew list two weeks before your event. We don't release them earlier than that β€” Skipper and Host assignments shift up to that point, and we want what you see in the app to match the people you actually sail with.

Your yacht group chat

Two weeks before your event, we create a group chat for your specific yacht. It includes everyone on board β€” your yacht crew, your Skipper, and your Host β€” and it's where the practical side of the week gets coordinated. Most groups use it to introduce themselves, share arrival times, and sort out the first day before check-in.

On the first day

You'll meet your Skipper and Host in person at check-in. They'll coordinate boarding through the yacht group chat that morning, so keep an eye on it.
