The crew list shows everyone confirmed for a Yacht Week booking — guests, plus the Skipper and Host once they're assigned. How you appear on it depends on whether you made the booking or you've been invited to join one.
If you've been invited to a booking
Invitations come from the person who made the booking — either by email or as a link they've shared with you. They're handled on the Yacht Week website, not in the app.
To accept an invitation:
Go to theyachtweek.com/account
Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to (or create an account if you don't have one yet)
Accept the invitation for your booking
Once you've accepted, you'll be in the booking system. From that point, you'll appear in the crew list, and your app access opens on the same schedule as the rest of the booking — immediately for a Custom Yacht, or when the yacht is assigned for Full Yacht and Cabin bookings.
If you'd rather not join, you can decline the invitation from the same page.
If you're the booker
You can invite guests to your booking from theyachtweek.com/account. From there you can send invitations by email or generate a link to share directly. Invited guests need to accept their invitation on the website before they appear in the crew list. You can see who's accepted and who's still pending from the same /account page.
If your invitation doesn't reach you
If you know someone has invited you but you haven't received an email, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, ask the booker to resend the invitation or share the invitation link with you directly.
