What is the Yacht Week app?

The Yacht Week app is the home for everything around your trip. It's where you find your itinerary, see who else is on your route, share photos and messages, and stay in touch with your Skipper and Host once they're assigned. It opens before your event and stays with you afterwards, so the people, the route, and the photos all sit in one place.

When you get access

It depends on the type of booking. If you've booked a Custom Yacht, your access opens as soon as the booking is confirmed. If you've booked a Full Yacht package or a Cabin, your access opens once your yacht or cabin is assigned β€” typically between two and six weeks before your event. You'll receive an email confirming this. There is no push notification when your yacht is assigned, so it's worth keeping an eye on your inbox.

What to expect before your event

From the moment you have access, you can see the route crew list (everyone confirmed for your route), post on the newsfeed, share photos, and message other guests directly. The newsfeed is scoped to your route only β€” you won't see posts from other Yacht Week events.

Yacht Week itself stays quiet at first. We hold off on posting until six weeks before your event, so the early stretch belongs to your route's guests. From six weeks out, our team begins sharing updates on the newsfeed.

Your itinerary is published in the app no later than two weeks before your event. Your Skipper and Host appear in the crew list around the same time, and your yacht group chat β€” which includes the full yacht crew, your Skipper, and your Host β€” is created so you can introduce yourselves and coordinate the first day directly.

After your event

The app does not expire. Your photos, messages, and the people you met are still there after the week ends.
