If you are unable to attend, you can sell your space to someone else up to two weeks prior to the trip.
If that’s not possible, we can provide a non-attendance letter to support a travel insurance claim, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that, as outlined in our T&C's, the deadline for finalising your crew list is two weeks before the departure date, in accordance with local Port Authorities. Last-minute changes to the crew list will incur a fee.
