You'll find the Yacht Week app in the App Store and on Google Play. Sign in with the email address on your booking β we'll send a one-time code to that email to log you in.
When access opens
It depends on the type of booking. If you've booked a Custom Yacht, your access opens as soon as your booking is confirmed. If you've booked a Full Yacht package or a Cabin, your access opens once your yacht or cabin is assigned β typically between two and six weeks before your event. You'll receive an email confirming this. We don't send a push notification when yachts are assigned, so the email is the signal to check the app.
If you've been invited to a booking
If you're joining a booking that someone else made, the same access timing applies, but you'll need to accept your invitation first. Invitations are sent by the booker by email or link and are handled on the website at theyachtweek.com/account β not in the app. Once you've accepted and you're in the booking system, you'll appear in the crew list, and your app access opens on the same schedule as the rest of your booking.
If you can't sign in yet
If the app won't let you in, it's almost always because your access date hasn't been reached. For Full Yacht and Cabin bookings, that date is tied to your yacht assignment, so it can sit anywhere between two and six weeks out. If you're inside the two-week window before your event and you still can't get in, contact us through the chat below, or email app@yachtweek.com for technical issues. For anything else about your booking, hello@yachtweek.com is the right inbox.
Once you're in
You'll see the route crew list, the newsfeed, and direct messaging straight away. Your itinerary, your Skipper and Host, and your yacht group chat all become available closer to the event β most of them around the two-week mark.
