This page covers both Yacht Week and Ski Week. The answer is the same for each.
No. There is no restore, no grace period, and nothing support can do to bring a deleted account back. We say that plainly because it is the one thing worth knowing before you press the button rather than after.
Why not
When you confirm the deletion, your data is erased and your name and email address are replaced so that nothing left points back to you. That is what makes the deletion real rather than a flag on a stored record — and it is also exactly why it cannot be reversed. There is no archived copy to recover from, because keeping one would defeat the point.
Before you delete
The dialog shows you everything we hold and lets you download a copy first. If there is any chance you will want your details later, take the download — it is yours to keep and costs nothing.
If you come back
You are welcome to book with us again. It means signing up afresh: no past trips on your account, no saved details. Nothing about deleting bars you from returning — you just start from a blank slate.
If you deleted by mistake
We are sorry, and we mean it when we say there is no way back — telling you otherwise would be kinder for a day and false. What we can confirm is that the deletion completed, which the final confirmation email to your address already does.
