Your itinerary lives in the app, under Itinerary. Each day has an overview followed by a set of activities scheduled at different times. Each activity includes timings, a description, images, and the location.

The itinerary is published no later than two weeks before your event. Up until then, the section may be empty or show placeholder information — that's normal. We finalise the route, timings, and onshore plans closer to the date so they reflect the latest local conditions and venue arrangements.

Schedules can shift — weather, sea conditions, and venue logistics all play a part. When something is updated in the app, you won't receive a push notification, so it's worth checking the itinerary at the start of each day. Anything your Skipper changes on the day will come through your yacht group chat.
