If you have decided to choose this option, the following minimum cancellation charges, represented as a percentage of the booking total, shall apply:
Within the first 24 hours of making the booking - 0% cancellation fee (Full Refund).
Between 24 hours after booking and up to 30 days from the booking date - 10% cancellation fee.
Between 31 days after the booking date and up to 90 days before the event (whichever comes first) - 40% cancellation fee.
Within 90 days or less before the event - 100% cancellation fee.
Please note that, as per our booking Terms and Conditions signed by you when making the booking, you will also be liable to pay any cancellation charges imposed by suppliers or any other costs incurred by Yacht Week. Yacht Week may use money that you have previously paid to cover cancellation charges or to pay charges imposed by a supplier without a refund to you. Yacht Week will take reasonable steps to ensure that all costs and losses are kept to a minimum.
