Arriving a couple of hours late isn't usually a problem, as the rest of your crew can take care of the yacht check-in before you arrive (just be sure to give them your share of the yacht security deposit!).
Depending on the route, the yachts may set sail as soon as they are ready, or stay in the marina the first night. If the yachts have departed by the time you arrive, you will need to catch a ferry to meet them. The ferry connections are good; however, you may need to wait until the following morning.
Make sure to communicate with your skipper so he can assist and orient you on the best logistics.
