The Yacht Week app isn't working?

Make sure to log in with the email you used on your Yacht Week profile.

If youโ€™re having trouble logging in, we recommend closing the app and restarting it:

๐ŸŽ iOS
To close an app on iOS, access the App Switcher by swiping up from the bottom (or double-clicking the Home button on older models) and then swipe the app's preview card upwards off the screen.

๐Ÿค– Android
To close apps on Android, swipe up from the bottom and hold to see recent apps, then swipe individual apps up to close them or tap "Clear all" to close everything; you can also Force Stop a misbehaving app in Settings > Apps for a complete shutdown.

Please note: App access becomes available 2-4 weeks before your trip, and your itinerary will be available 2 weeks before your departure day.
