For full yacht bookings, the charter companies require payment of a refundable deposit on your check in day. It may be used against any damages caused to the yacht during the week. If there is no damage to the yacht at check-out the amount will be fully refunded.
The security deposit amount varies for each yacht, please log in to your booking to see your yacht security deposit amount. You can split this security deposit across a maximum of 2 credit cards.
We recommend you use a physical, traditional credit card. The use of virtual cards (such as Apple Pay) and international currency cards (e.g. Wise and Monzo) can often cause a delay in the return of your deposit at the end of the trip.
