The Plan is an interactive trip-planning tool that works like a collaborative wishlist. It lets you simulate your Yacht Week booking before actually confirming and paying for anything. You can explore dates, destinations, yacht options, costs, add-ons, and start organizing your crew — all in one place.
Inside the Plan, you can:
Simulate your booking (dates, destination, yacht models, costs, and add-ons).
Invite friends to join your plan and collaborate.
See and share with friends the cost breakdown of your potential trip.
Vote on preferred dates together (ideal if your group is still deciding).
Compare different options before committing to your actual booking.
It’s designed to help you visualise and organise your trip before locking anything in.
You can create as many Plans as you need—perfect if you’re comparing different weeks, destinations, or yacht types.
Once you and your friends are aligned on dates, destination, crew, and yacht choice, you can simply click “Book Now” within your Plan.
Your selections will automatically transfer to the booking page, so you won’t have to start from scratch.
You can invite friends directly from your Plan by entering their email address or sharing the unique Plan link. Once invited, they can:
