Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund your share, as the yacht itself is not being cancelled, and we cannot issue individual refunds. The full cost of the yacht still applies and must be covered by your crew, regardless of the number of people on board, so this will need to be resolved within your group.
A good option is to try finding someone to take your spot via our Crew Finder page, where your lead booker can open your yacht and advertise the available place. Once a replacement is found, any payment/refund arrangements should be handled internally within your crew. Please note that we cannot refund you directly in order for someone else to make the payment via our website.
Alternatively, we recommend submitting a claim through your travel insurance provider, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Should you need a non-attendance letter to support your claim, we’ll gladly provide one.
